At CJ's we strive to give our Guests a great experience. Below you'll find our policy's for cancellations, appointments, Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Refunds. 

  • We ask that guests arrive 10 minutes prior to salon/spa appointments. We value your time and do our best to give you the best in service quality and attention. Arriving late to a scheduled appointment may result in our inability to provide service to you. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
  • Some salon/spa appointments require a deposit or credit card to hold appointment. Our front desk staff will let you know at the time of scheduling.
  • We ask for 24 hour notice in cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you do not give us 24 hour notice, you may be charged the full amount of service(s) scheduled.
  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
  • Gift Certificates are good for 1-year.
  • All refunds are for salon credit.
  • If at any time we have not provided you with the quality service we are known for, please let us know. If it is not brought to our attention we are not able to address it.
